This workshop accepts only novel, previously unpublished papers. Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a 6-page IEEE conference style paper (including all text, figures, tables, and references) through EDAS submission system (http://www.edas.info). Papers exceeding 7 pages will not be accepted. The timetable is as follows:

Paper Notification: 15 August 2018
Camera-Ready Paper: 15 September 2018
